This aircraft was delivered to KLM Aerocarto new in 1969. It was sold in the USA in 1976 as N4926. It returned to Europe in 1986 and became HB-FIS with Air Glaciers SA and crashed at Casale Monferrato, Italy on 18th April, 1987.
