VH-AAC was first registered in Australia in February 1961. At the time the picture was taken it was with Nationwide Air Services, a charter operator and one-time third-level airline. The aircraft was damaged attempting to take-off from a sheep paddock near Wilcannia, NSW on April 30, 1990. It was not repaired.
