2 generations of fighter jets in the same frame. Our Air Force used to operate the F-104 Starfighter until the early/mid 1980's, when it was replaced by The F-16. The Starfigher (LN-TSF) was restored to flying conditions in Norway and is based at Bodø airport. They were in town for the 75th anniversary of the 322 Sqn. Today was departure day and we were treated to 3 passes, 1 (precationary) full stop and 2 departures. A great sight, with a sound unlike I've heard before in my life.
