Delivered new 16th Oct 1991. Operating AC624 CYYZ-CYHZ during final approach the aircraft severed powerlines and then impacted a localizer antenna array.On landing part of the undercarriage was sheared off and both engines separated. There was extensive damage to both wing leading edges and horizontal stabilizers and lower fuselage.
