This Tristar was delivered to Delta in August 1980 and is pictured here getting ready to taxy out and depart for home (presumably JFK?). It was finally retired in January 2001 and ferried to Victorville (VCV) for storage. In early 2006 the frame was flown to Amman (AMM) with the intention of starting pax/charter operations.
