By the same token as IL-62 5A-DNY is an odd aircraft to use as a freighter, this is an odd one to use for passengers. Ready to go with a full load of Libyans bound for the central oasis town of Sebha, the debris visible is the result of them sitting on the tarmac around the aircraft for hours before departure - no sense of FOD here!
