Registered to Silver Express Aviation in Jul 87. On 30 Jun 97 it crashed and came to rest on a beach following an engine failure on take-off from San Juan PR. Improper action by the Captain and the aircraft being 600 ponds overweight prevented it from maintaining height. All 3 occupants survived.
