Built by Bill Barbra and a 7/8 replica of the famous WWI Royal Aircraft Factory S.E.5a. It first appeared on the register on July 3, 1982. On October 18, 1999 the registration was cancelled and the aircraft was rebuilt at Eelde. On August 11, 2000 it became the PH-WWI, after which it became G-CCBN on April 1, 2003. In early 2019 it was still active under its UK registration. The original photo has "17-03" written on the back, but not the year.
