Delivered to World Airways as N368WA in 1967. Leased to Pakistan International Airlines as AP-AWD in 1970. Returned as N368WA in 1971. Leased Korean Air Lines in 1972 and reregistered as HL7425 in 1976. To the Fuerza Aerea Colombiana as FAC1201 in 1983. Preserved at the new museum at Parque Jaime Duque, Tocancipá by 2018.
