N81885 arrived in Australia in 1978 with the intention of becoming VH-PCM. This did not eventuate and when the aircraft visited Griffith the registration had been obscured, unsuccessfully, with masking tape. In March 1981 the Shrike Commander was registered as VH-PGM.
