Air21 was based in Fresno CA and began scheduled low cost operations in Dec 1995. Their fleet built up to five Fokker 28s. They ceased operations in Jan 1997. N498US was formerly with USAir and Piedmont Airlines, and N109UR with Empire Airlines before that. It ended up with Horizon Air.
