Ex XA-BOM this aircraft was first registered in Australia as VH-PAQ on 26th October 1978. Whilst on a flight from King Island to Wynard Airport in Tasmania on 13th February 1979, bad weather forced the pilot to return to King Island but it ran out of fuel and crash landed in a paddock on the island. The remains were brought to Bankstown Airport for spare parts retrieval. This photo is copyright © Peter T Lea, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
