This 747 was originally delivered to Korean in April 1981 but subsequently converted to a freighter and operated by their cargo division from May 1992. From November 2002 it flew with Air Freight Express for a few months as N285SW & VP-BRS before storage at Goodyear (GYR). It was rescued from the desert in July 2003 by Cargo Air Lines and registered (nicely!) 4X-ICN before transferring over to El Al in November 2004. The plane was withdrawn in November 2009 and used as a fire trainer at Tel Aviv (TLV). After the tail was torn off in a storm the hulk was scrapped. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
