Delivered to Air Dolomiti in February 2001 as F-OHJI. Reregistered I-ADLV in October 2001. To TRIP Linhas Aéreas in July 2010 as PR-TKB. To Total Linhas Aereas in March 2013. Damaged beyond repair on May 30, 2014 at Coari (SWKO), when the aircraft hit a tapir on take off. The event damaged the main landing gear, but the aircraft was able to make an emergency landing at Manaus.
