First registered C-FICY with Inter-Canadien in 1989. Then N602RP with ILFC. Joined Air UK as G-UKFA in October 1992. Airline name change to KLM uk in 1998 then absorbed into KLM cityhopper as PH-OFA in 2003. Preserved at the Aviodrome in Lelystad since 2010.
