Built for Pan Am as NC34961 but not delivered. To the US Navy as R4D-4 Bu33819 in 1943. To NC95475 in 1946 and to SCOLTA as C-71 then Avianca as C-140 in 1948. To HK-140 in 1949. Converted to Hiper DC-3. To LANSA in 1952, TANA in 1974, El Venado in 1975, Transamazonica in 1980, Aliansa in 1992 and Lacol in 1996.
