B-25s and other Allied aircraft at Karachi's airport during WWII. The site developed around the huge hangar built for British imperial airships which never arrived. Civil aircraft moved here from nearby RAF Drigh Road, now PAF Faisal, during the 1930s. This photo was added on 31 May 2020, and has since been viewed 462 times. |
