After the Vietnam war, 23 TFS at Spangdahlem received some of the F-4Ds equipped with the AN/ARN-92 LORAN-D system, recognizable from the antenna on the fuselage. This update was used for night time operations against the Ho Chi Minh trail. This particular aircraft later went to South Korea as 68-759.
