The J 35J was produced during the late 1980s and was essentially a service life extension programme to cover for impending delays in the delivery of the new Saab JAS 39 Gripen. The J only entered service with 10. Flygflotilj at Angelholm air base and this example was flown to the Letecké Muzeum Kbely in February 1999. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
