Built by the Canadian Car & Foundry in 1952. It initially served at No.2 Advanced Flying School at MacDonald Airfield, Manitoba and then at Portage La Prairie Airfield, Manitoba. Transferred to No.4 Flying Training School at Penhold, Alberta in 1957. Suffered category 'A' damage when it made a forced landing one mile west of Penhold after an engine failure 9 October 1962. Struck-off charge 8 November 1962. It was acquired by the Canadian Museum of Flight and Transportation in Langley, British Columbia and transferred to this museum in 1996.
