Mysterious Boeing 757 previously apparently operated by US State Department Foreign Emergency Support Team - serial is 'guessed' from tail number 25001. It is actually MSN 25494/611, which would make it ex N987AN, and has carried serials 98-6006, 99-6143, 00-9001, and 02-5001 interchangeably.
