To USAAC 42-71000 in June 1943 but immediately transferred to the RAF as FT585 and finally entered service with the RCAF as 14424 at No.32 Elementary Flying Training Station at Bowden Airfield, Alberta, Canada for the duration of the war and was struck-off charge in April, 1947.
