Only 12 Huskies were built. This one was originally operated by the Manitoba Province Government, hence the registration. It crashed into a wooded area at Beaver River, Yukon 31 July 1979 in poor visibility with just the pilot, Eddy Phillips on board, who survived with just a cut to his head. Subsequently recovered back to White Horse, Yukon. Transferred to St Andrews in October 1998. Seen in the Western Canada Aviation Museum reserve store compound.
