The SZD-30 Pirat is a single-seat multi-purpose glider aircraft that first flew in 1966. It was once relatively common in Eastern bloc countries, with a total of 778 units produced until production ended in 1980. This example is now stored at the Technikmuseum Hugo Junkers along with (presumably) OK-ZUU 07. The frame at the back is just a fibreglass casing/hull with no markings.
