In ex Invicta cols. Flown to the Cosford Aerospace Museum on 31 May 1984 having completed 44116 flight hours after landing. It was initially displayed in BOAC livery (the original operator of this aircraft) but strangely later repainted in RAF cols with "painted" serial XM497, which in fact was c/n 13509 (which had also operated as OO-YCF with Young Cargo). Still on display 2020 as "XM497" Royal Air Force. This photo is copyright © Danny Grew, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
