This was the first Il-18 delivered to CSA and flew the first service, from PRG to BTS, on 28th January 1960. It had an eventful life with the airline as its tail was damaged in a landing accident with a Tu-134 and it was also hijacked to FRA. The plane was withdrawn on 28th February 1978 and stored at Kbely air base. It has now been moved on to the Letecké Muzeum Kbely grounds and is undergoing restoration.
