This was ex N8013R with Cascade Airways. It was sold to Nightflight (UK) and recorded as delivered 19 Sep 83 as G-NUIT. That's probably the official handover date. Seen here with what is obviously a temporary Canadian registration pre-delivery to the UK. To D-IEXB with Extra-Executive Transport in Jun 84.
