Delivered to Aeroflot as Tu-154A CCCP-85064 in 1974. Later converted to a Tu-154B-1. Reregistered as RA-85064 by 1994. To Omskavia in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Omsk in 1997 and used as a ground instructional airframe by the Omsk Technical School. Still there in 2020.
