Delivered to Aeroflot as Tu-154A CCCP-85093 in 1975. Later converted to a Tu-154B. To Air Ukraine as UR-85093 in 1993. Withdrawn from use at Kyiv-Boryspil by 1996 and scrapped around 1998.
