VH-INI operated with Airlines of NSW for a year. It crashed into the sea off Sydney during a training flight, killing the three pilots. These was no distress call or witnesses and the alarm was raised after it failed to report. Debris was found next day. The wreckage sank in water too deep for recovery of it or the crew. The cause of the accident remains a mystery. This photo was added on 15 August 2020, and has since been viewed 327 times.
