Transtel Compagnie Nationale was a small airline from Lomé in Togo, which in the early 2000s also operated two Viscounts, a Boeing 727 and a DC-9. The only other data I could find on this Beech 1900 is that it was owned by Rossair Contracts and last known to have been flying on lease to Air Lesotho until it turned up on this day in Maastricht. Noted Düsseldorf 3 Mar 1999 and Augsburg 12 Mar 1999 after which it returned to South Africa. Has small "Flying together with Sabena" titles on the tail.
