Delivered to Aeroflot as Tu-154A CCCP-85118 in 1975. Converted to a Tu-154B by 1988. To Air Ukraine as UR-85118 in 1993. Withdrawn from use at Kyiv-Boryspil by 1996 and scrapped in 1997.
