This F-16D of the Israeli Air Force is assigned to 105 Squadron "The Scorpion". The squadron was founded in December 1950. The started to operate with the Spitfire and has since operated the P-51 Mustang, Super Mystere, IAI Sa'ar, and the F-4 Phantom II. After the Phantom was phased out, the Hatzor air base based suadron received the F-16D. The aircraft was one of six deployed to Norvenich during exercise Blue Wings 2020.
