Remanufactured by Beech from T-11 41-27624 c/n 1469 to C-45H 52-10952 for the USAF in 1954. To N9137Z then to the Chilean Air Force as 491. To the Museu Nacional de Aeronautica at Santiago-Los Cerillos in Chile by 1989, then to the Museu Aeroespacial at Rio de Janeiro by 1996.
