A CH-46A at MCAS Santa Ana, later renamed Tustin, in March 1966. Two large wooden coastal patrol blimp hangars were erected here during WWII and the site became a Marine Corps helicopter base in 1951. HMM-165 was activated here on 1 July 1965 and deployed to Vietnam in September 1966. This airframe was written off on 12 May 1968.
