Delivered to Air Service Holland on March 28, 1980 and entered service with the RLS 2 months later. The aircraft was acquired by several private owners before it was involved in a mid-air collision on June 13, 1998 at Hilversum (EHHV). The aircraft was simulating an emergency landing and was flying a low and very short circuit when it collided with PH-DBX (M.S. Rally 150ST) which was on the regular approach path. As far as I can tell there were no fatalities. On July 6, 1998 the registration was cancelled and the wreckage was bought by a gentleman from Peterborough (GB).
