Built in 1967 and here registered to W.R.Meadows Inc. Judging by the advertising on the fuselage and figure on the tail he was in the business of selling concrete sealing products. On 27 November 1977 it was damaged beyond repair when the nose wheel dug in landing on a muddy runway at Elgin/IL.
