Built in 1970 and here registered to a Mr. R. A. Kroc who was the prime mover in McDonald's Restaurants at this time. Waiting to go into the Air Canada hangar to avoid overnight frost which was still common even in April. The brick structure was the original passenger terminal starting in 1937 with the baggage being handled through the dark doorway by the wingtip.
