This short-lived Islander crashed on Sunday 30 August 1970 on a sightseeing flight from the new EHMZ airfield. The Norwegian pilot and two of the passengers were killed. According to press reports, the operator had started services on the Amsterdam - Rotterdam - Middelburg - Lille route. The aircraft was painted white, red, and black.
