Airventure was an air taxi company based at Antwerp Deurne airport. This aircraft was acquired in the late 90s from the Sabena flight school which used a fleet of Xingus for pilot training. It is believed that the company ceased trading circa 2008/2009. The aircraft was transported by road to Dinan in France. Last noted there in Nov 2009, fuselage only.
