Built in 1962 and registered as CCCP-06175. To the Soviet Air Force around 1964. Marked as 02 blue by the 1970s. To Khors as 11326 in 1992. To UR-11326 by 1993 then to S9-DBA in 2004 and used by various operators. Withdrawn from use at Rivne, Ukraine in 2010. Still there in 2016.
