Built in 1963 and used by Kiev Ministry of Aircraft Production as CCCP-11765. To Air Sofia as LZ-SFM in 1993 then to Antonov Design Bureau as UR-11765 by 1998. Damaged beyond repair landing at Kyiv-Boryspil in 2004. Remains transported to Gostomel by 2010 and scrapped.
