Ditched in shallow water off Sunny Isles Beach FL 6 Dec 2001 on a short hop from FLL to OPF due to fuel exhaustion. This aircraft began life as a Convair 340 N3415 with Braniff Airways. It then went to Allegheny (N3415/N5827), with whom it was with when converted to a 580. After that it worked with Summit Airlines N534SA, European Expedite OO-EEB and C-FHEO with Canair Cargo.
