Delivered to the Soviet Air Force as CCCP-11421 in 1963 and operated in Aeroflot colours. Transferred to Aeroflot in 1979. Reregistered as 11421 by 1992 and RA-11421 by 1993. In white colours after use by the United Nations. Transferred to North East Cargo in 1995. To Alada as D2-FBJ in 1999. Last reported at Luanda in 2001.
