Delivered to American as DST-217B NC25686 in 1940. To the USAAF as C-49E 42-56106 in 1942. Back to American as NC25686 in 1944. To other operators from 1945. Reregistered as N25686 after 1948. To JA5015 in 1955, PI-C716 in 1965, later to PI-C368 and RP-C368 in 1976. Withdrawn from use at Manila by 2003. Still there in 2012. Later scrapped.
