Delivered to the Soviet Air Force as CCCP-11976 in 1963. Transferred to Aeroflot in 1981. To Balkan as LZ-BAE in 1988, Vega as LZ-VEF in 2004, Lao Air as RDPL-34156 in 2007 and UP-AN216 in 2009. Crashed in the Philippines in 2010. Note that the "Bulgarian Airlines" titles are not an airline name, but a left-over from its time with Balkan Bulgarian Airlines.
