Test Regn of this a/c was D-HECL. Apart from the helicopter based here, there is another one based at Exeter Airport. The land which the air ambulance base is built on here was donated by the 'airfield' on a 125 year lease(from 2009 approx) so incurring no charges for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
