This beautiful Jumbo was delivered to PIA in July 1979 and is pictured climbing out from rw24R. It flew its whole life with the airline. It was placed into storage at Karachi (KHI) in March 2008 and eventually scrapped there in 2013. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
