This aircraft was jointly operated by British Airways and Singapore Airlines and carried British Airways livery on the other side. The aircraft was nominally G-BOAD but carried this special registration to incorporate an American reg within it. This was because the aircraft was also operated by Braniff between New York and Dallas, though only subsonic.
