This lizard colored F-4D is unmarked but assigned to 111th FIS. The 111th Fighter Interceptor Squadron was part of the Texas Air National Guard. In December 1989, only some months after this picture was taken, the 111th FIS started receiving F-16C/D Fighting Falcons to replace their F-4Ds.
